This patch release ensures compatibility with the latest GitHub Actions Cache API versions, which will be required over time as previous versions are expected to be sunset on February 1st, 2025. We therefore encourage users to update at their earliest convenience to keep their workflows running smoothly and as expected.
A few more helpful fixes and improvements are also included: some valid TOML options files will no longer fail to parse, and the action should no longer hang for several minutes while uploading cache artifacts.
