…dling The scanner list and STEP 3 enrichment were never updated for the lenses added in the later PRs. Add smuggle/mcp/ocr (and note the opt-in mcp-scan/garak) to the scanner list, a per-lens enrichment bullet for each, the OVERALL tally-suffix pointer in STEP 2, and a MUTATED-first callout in STEP 4. Syncs the Claude Local routine prompt with the lenses added in PRs #3–#5. The scanner list and per-scanner enrichment never got
