What

Adds 10 new market/user validation issues (V-16…V-25) for Wave 6, already published to milestone #18 (Wave 6: Market & User Validation), and wires them into the docs.

Where batch 1 (V-1…V-15) validated the cash-out wedge (Vertical A) and covered the 5 SDF claims, this batch validates the next two verticals from VISION_ECONOMIA_INTEGRADA.md:

• Vertical B — Retail (spend "dollars" at the store, NFC): V-16, V-17, V-18, V-23
• Vertical C — Payroll / dollar inflows: V-19, V-20, V-21
• Open product questions (vision §4/§7): V-22 (passkey recovery), V-23 (canonical peso), V-24 (supply bootstrap)
• Digital-economy access (deepens V-2): V-25

Adds two new SDF claims: Claim 6 — the dollars get spent and Claim 7 — the dollars flow in.
