This PR introduces the AI Agent Identity and Threat Registry Standard (AITIRS) as a new Draft ERC.

It proposes a standardized framework for Decentralized Identity (DID) management, cross-protocol reputation scoring, and collaborative threat intelligence sharing specifically designed for autonomous AI agents operating in DeFi.

hank you for the review! I have updated the EIP number to 8259 and renamed the file accordingly.

Regarding the Ethereum Magicians topic: my account is brand new and currently restricted by the forum's Trust Level 0 limits, so I cannot create a new topic yet. I have temporarily linked to the main ERCs category to allow the CI HTMLProofer checks to pass. I will update the file with the specific topic link as soon as my forum account is unlocked!
