Mystique was recorded as block 1452500 (missing a digit; actual activation was 14525000). Agharta was recorded as 9583000 instead of the correct 9573000. Also documents MESS activation (ECIP-1100, block 11380000) and deactivation (ECIP-1110, block 19250000) as separate rows for historical completeness.
