First pass at #140 .
This PR creates a documentation site for Every Eval Ever using just-the-docs and sets up github pages deployment from main. It includes information from the README on getting started, data structure/schema, validation, converters, and contribution workflow.
This is an initial version and will be iterated over time. A follow-up update will add a dedicated
State of Infrasection and further refine content/structure.When merged, the preview should be available at: https://docs.evalevalai.com
