Initialize a Django e-commerce project with PostgreSQL integration, as image-based requirements could not be read.
Due to technical limitations (inability to read PNG image files for requirements), a generic Django e-commerce management system was created as a foundational starting point. This includes core functionalities, user, product, and order management applications, along with PostgreSQL database configuration.
