Whitelist nmap flags (shlex parse, reject unknown) + sanitize target — defense-in-depth against flag abuse. Removed dead nmap_wrapper.py. nmap results cached by target+flags hash (FileCache, 1h TTL, failures not cached). 11 unit tests.
