EPSS client (api.first.org) with per-CVE caching (24h TTL) and graceful HTTP fallback. IntelAgent enriches all CVEs with EPSS after NVD lookup. Scoring rebalanced: EPSS_WEIGHT 0.10 → 0.25, nonlinear boost for EPSS > 0.5 (the day-11 "multiplier"). 🔥/⚠ markers in reasoning for high/moderate EPSS. Real api.first.org response captured as fixture; Log4Shell (EPSS 0.97) verified to outrank an older high-CVSS CVE. +9 unit tests, 264 total green.
