The DEBUG-only `assertCondition(enableFabricRenderer(), ...)` check in `getOrCreateStartTask` becomes tautological — delete it. The other DEBUG assertions in the same block (`enableBridgelessArchitecture`, `useTurboModules`) are unaffected. Behavior is unchanged.
