Add some validation of hash in bundle.sh. We discovered an issue where WP 6.8.0 didn't have a valid hash and
curlwould return a non-valid hash. This caused the GA creating the release asset to fail.Added a hash validation check, courtesy of @chuckadams, to skip any invalid hashes.
I did check the regex but I imagine we would need to merge and then re-run the RC releases GA to really test.
