support makedepends/checkdepends in format output

@falconindy Anything I can do to help push this forward? As far as I'm aware there is no other CLI utility I can use to resolve reverse deps (including make- & checkdeps), so really interested in having that implemented in expac.

@carlsmedstad I don't have any objections to adding these attributes, I'd just need a patch that's merge-ready. You can reuse the specifiers Eli picked 6 years ago or come up with rationale for different ones.
