Replaced global mutex with a Read-Write Lock in src/link.c to improve concurrency for path resolution. Implemented double-checked locking for safe lazy-loading of LinkTables. Benchmark showed ~4.4x improvement in throughput (905k to 4M ops/sec) with 16 threads.
