This PR refactors the endpoint mixin architecture to move away from a "God Mixin" approach towards granular, composable mixins. This was driven by the need to support the JobsEndpoint which has different behavior (Direct GET, flat list response) compared to other endpoints.

Key changes:

  • Created imednet/endpoints/mixins.py with ListMixin, FilteredGetMixin, DirectGetMixin.
  • Added SimpleListPaginator to handle flat list responses.
  • Cleaned up JobsEndpoint to remove 60+ lines of duplicate logic.
  • Ensured full backward compatibility for existing endpoints.
  • Updated test fixtures in conftest.py to patch the new mixin locations.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1390049149899783927 started by @fderuiter

- Extracted monolithic `ListGetEndpointMixin` into `imednet/endpoints/mixins.py` with granular `ListMixin`, `FilteredGetMixin`, and `DirectGetMixin`.
- Refactored `JobsEndpoint` to use `ListMixin` and `DirectGetMixin`, removing duplicate code and enforcing SOLID principles.
- Added `SimpleListPaginator` and `AsyncSimpleListPaginator` for endpoints returning flat lists.
- Maintained backward compatibility for `ListGetEndpointMixin` via a facade in `imednet/endpoints/_mixins.py`.
- Updated tests to support the new structure.
- Created `.jules/architect.md` to document architectural decisions.
