- Extracted monolithic `ListGetEndpointMixin` into `imednet/endpoints/mixins.py` with granular `ListMixin`, `FilteredGetMixin`, and `DirectGetMixin`. - Refactored `JobsEndpoint` to use `ListMixin` and `DirectGetMixin`, removing duplicate code and enforcing SOLID principles. - Added `SimpleListPaginator` and `AsyncSimpleListPaginator` for endpoints returning flat lists. - Maintained backward compatibility for `ListGetEndpointMixin` via a facade in `imednet/endpoints/_mixins.py`. - Updated tests to support the new structure. - Created `.jules/architect.md` to document architectural decisions.

This PR refactors the endpoint mixin architecture to move away from a "God Mixin" approach towards granular, composable mixins. This was driven by the need to support the
JobsEndpointwhich has different behavior (Direct GET, flat list response) compared to other endpoints.Key changes:
