Pull request overview
This PR updates the contributing guide with current project direction and contribution workflow expectations for Feder.
Changes:
- Clarifies that pull requests should target the upstream
mainbranch. - Documents Feder’s intended architecture: portable protocol core with platform-specific runtimes.
- Adds dependency-boundary and testing guidance for
feder-core.
