Summary

Added optional Icon field to the Goal model.
Added support for goal icons in the frontend.
Connected the frontend to the backend using the goal update API.
Added unit tests for the GetGoalsForUser endpoint in GoalController.

Testing

Verified the application builds successfully.
Ran the xUnit test suite successfully (11 tests passed).
