Summary

Adds support for optional goal icons in the backend.

Changes made

Added an optional Icon field to the Goal model.
Added unit test coverage for the GetGoalsForUser route.
Verified that icon values are returned and persisted through the Goal API.

Validation

Ran the backend test suite successfully.
Confirmed the Goal API returns the selected icon value.
