Summary

Adds emoji icon support to goals in the React frontend.

Changes made

Added icon support to the client Goal model.
Displayed goal icons on goal cards.
Added emoji selection and editing in Goal Manager.
Added Goal PUT persistence so selected emojis remain after refresh.

Validation

Confirmed emoji selection updates the displayed goal icon.
Confirmed icon changes persist through the backend API.
Ran the frontend production build successfully.
