I like this, I would just break apart and clarify the second sentence.
" Containers are a fast-growing space that changes rapidly but has tremendous potential benefits. The goal is to define the additional cloud financial management challenges that come with containers while providing solutions and best practices for how to proactively address those challenges."

I would propose adding "Containers running within private cloud or on-premise environments." These are more and more prevalent and I don't believe we should leave those out of scope.

See comment above. Is there a particular reason to exclude these? Unless you are fully cloud-native (which is relatively rare, based on data in the market as well as surveys we've undertaken).
