Removes five bundle stats API methods that were fully deprecated on June 9th: - flashbots_getUserStats - flashbots_getBundleStats - flashbots_getUserStatsV2 - flashbots_getBundleStatsV2 - flashbots_getSbundleStats These APIs now return 403 errors and are no longer functional.
