fix(web): clean up connections and workers toolbar UI

[itachi-hue]

Summary

• remove the misleading eye/reveal toggle from connection secret values
• keep secret values masked/write-only while retaining copy-secret-name
• tighten the collection search bar width and restore toolbar vertical padding so Workers search no longer touches the divider
