chore(monitoring): add inserts inside collections

Description

Added support for MongoDB document insertion while in Monitoring mode within the Collections section.
Users can now insert documents directly into a selected collection when monitoring is active.

How to test the changes

1. Start Monitoring mode via the /monit endpoint.
2. Navigate to the Collection section.
3. Select a collection.
4. View the collection details view.
5. From the Mode dropdown, select the Insert option.
6. Verify that document insertion works as expected.
