There is a case that multi-part upload doesn't go well for .msi, .deb and .msi. It might cause conjunction with different parts coming from R2 edge. So, disable multi-part upload with proper threshold. Signed-off-by: Kentaro Hayashi <hayashi@clear-code.com>
