Add endpoints to get online pilots and IRIDIUM satellite position.
The online pilot-list is required to be more accurate in the VDL3-load estimation.
The IRIDIUM satellites are required to simulate SATCOM -> allows to disable VHF3 if no ground station is available -> automated switch between VHF-based and SAT-based datalink
