update Drizzle ORM, Drizzle Kit, and drizzle-zod while keeping the database config aligned with the current Turso dialect.
share database credential resolution between runtime queries and Drizzle Kit so local file databases do not receive Turso auth tokens.
convert sqliteTable index callbacks to the current array form required by the upgraded Drizzle stack.
