following the issue 87, this commit adds the option to change the color pallete of the game, starting with the default, and following a colorblind secure pallete

following the issue #87, this commit adds the option to change the color palette of the game by pressing "C". starting with the default, and following a colorblind secure palette .
More color palettes can be easily added as needed
