Fix FBbi:00000370 ("CARS") by:
* renaming it to "coherent Raman anti-Stokes microscopy", relegating
"CARS" to an exact synonym;
* adding a proper definition.
Along the way, we also fix FBbi:00000589 ("inelastic scattering of
photons") and FBbi:00000309 ("inelastic scattering") to give them proper
definitions as well, since those terms are needed to understand CARS.

other than the comment, looks good
Term FBbi:00000370 was being incorrectly annotated with a dcterms:date annotation instead of the expected dcterms:contributor.
