Keep parser and plugin majors aligned
This upgrade leaves this package on @typescript-eslint/parser v6 (the same mismatch appears in registry/curated/integrations/telegram, and web-search stays on v7), but the updated plugin's peer dependency in pnpm-lock.yaml requires @typescript-eslint/parser: ^8.59.3 (lines 4484-4488). Any install that enforces peer dependencies will reject these packages, and non-strict installs run ESLint with an unsupported parser/plugin combination, so the parser should be bumped with the plugin or the plugin should remain on the matching major.
Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
