Remove the internal family doctrine from version control in this public repo. The file stays in local working trees (now gitignored); history retains prior copies.

Stops tracking
DOCTRINE.md(git rm --cached) so the internal family doctrine is no longer published in this public repo. Pairs with the .gitignore guard added in #134, which now takes effect. The file remains in local working trees and in git history; only the tracked copy onmainis removed.
