Fix macOS Dock/Launchpad icon padding for Fritzing

This PR updates the macOS application icon asset so the Fritzing icon displays consistently with the system icon set in Dock and Launchpad.

What changed

• Updated fritzing_icon.icns
• Adjusted icon padding and sizing for macOS presentation

Why

• The previous icon padding caused the Fritzing Dock/Launchpad icon to appear misaligned compared to native macOS icons
• This is a visual polish fix that improves the macOS user experience

• No source code changes were made
• This is an asset-only update
• Target branch: hotfix/macos-tweaks

Issue

The Fritzing application icon appears noticeably larger than surrounding applications in Launchpad on macOS.

Observed with

• Fritzing version: 1.0.7
• macOS version: 15.7.7
