Fix: Include audio track when downloading Nebula video

Switch video source descriptor from VideoSourceDescriptor (muxed) to UnMuxVideoSourceDescriptor (unmuxed) so Grayjay's download pipeline picks up the audio track from the HLS manifest.

This has been frustrating because I haven't been able to add nebula videos to my watch later as they would auto download then I can't watch them without deleting them because they were silent.

Disclosure: I used Claude Opus 4.5 to fix it. I tested it myself and it works without a hitch.

Thank you for the PR, however to better understand this, reproduce and validate it, can you please open an issue, in either desktop or android repos describing the issue you're having and how to reproduce it?

I cannot test the Desktop version as I get other errors before even able to play, let alone download (before my changes):

This doesn't have to do with anything Grayjay specifically but instead with the plugin's assumption on how Nebula serves audio to the client.
