* mark `liquidationBotApi` import with `type` * introduce `chunksOfTraders` intermediate variable to avoid multiline-statement
* fix - replace fn `onceBotEvent` with `onceBotEvents` in order to prevent synchronously published events * feat - move consts into configurable variable so the test that is using them may explicitly set them * fix typo in comment - "when when" -> "when"
