This PR updates the Part 2 agent memory blog post (both ID and EN) to describe our new programmatic 1-hop related dates expansion approach (using local MEMORY_INDEX.md matching at sync-time and 1-hop score decay at retrieval-time) instead of the dropped recursive BFS traversal.
