Some updates to the automatics data-library.yaml creation and updates

  • support more datatypes/file extensions
  • add a key zenodo_id to data-library.yaml file to make it easier to detect when it is out of date
    • check that this doesnt interfere with using the file to populate data libraries?
  • update existing data library yaml files

The updated data-library files need more curation and will wait til after GTA to touch anything
