Improve twitter_plugin_gamesdk docs and example usages in test_twitter.py.

Changes

• Formalize variables naming convention to python's standard (snake_case).
• Improve example usages in test_twitter.py.
• Update twitter_plugin_gamesdk's README.md.

Repackage twitter_plugin_gamesdk to PyPi (cc @celesteanglm).
