Display an alert message on the top screen when loading a save file that was not created by the current randomizer patch, similar to the existing alert for a missing romFS folder.
Detection is done by saving the seed hash to the ext data when creating a file, and comparing it to the hash in the setting context when loading a file.
This closes #827
