Prepared it for a sticker

Added the cut line for full bleed printing in the SVG as the bottom most layer, as well as instructions in the README about ordering a sticker.

Hey! It's been a while. How are you doing?

Just wanted to remind you that this still needs merging. Then we can go back to #9 and I guess then we can consider it all done.

P.S. The Wikipedia article on Tux is last time I checked using an older version of the svg, before the cleanup, as some people decided it needed a whitespace border around it or something. I'd have to look into the change history for the article, see if I can track down everyone who made a change, see what changes they wanted (whitespace size, etc) and upload the cleaned up version with those things added. I guess the hardest would be finding a way to make it clear to people to use the svg from here when changing the svg in the article.
