Adds a [lint] exclude_lints block for the note-level style lints (mixed-case-variable, mixed-case-function, screaming-snake-case-immutable, asm-keccak256) that fire in test harnesses and scripts. The erc20-unchecked-transfer warnings (DemoLPRouter.sol, RangeGuardHook.sol) are intentionally NOT suppressed — they are real mainnet-hardening reminders.
