CI failed on 2026-04-10 with `failed to bind host port 54322` when `supabase start` hit a port already held by a leftover container (likely from a prior run on the same runner). The script now runs `supabase stop --no-backup` first, making setup idempotent and tolerant of stale Docker state. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
