The getsentry plan definitions no longer grant weekly-reports: it was registered with no feature handler, so nothing could ever read it. These fixtures mirror those plan feature lists. The featureList entry goes too. That fixture stands in for the BillingConfig featureList field, which is built from INTEGRATION_FEATURES, and weekly-reports was never in it.
