Refresh landing page product positioning

Summary

• refresh the hero, CTA, FAQ, and metadata around funded work, proof-based submissions, mobile usage, and wallet payouts
• add a product-flow section that explains the funded work -> proof -> approval -> payout loop
• allow SparklesText to render as a semantic h1 for the landing-page headline

Validation

• npm run build
• npx tsc -p tsconfig.json --noEmit
• checked local desktop render at 1280x720
• checked local mobile render at 390x844
