TPS workflow documentation and formatting

  • prepare demo or "example" instructions
• add additional documentation in source code

I still want to update the readme in the workflow directory, once that is ready we can do a full review on the documentation

Hi @ajshedivy. I'm not sure whether you're still watching GitHub notifications on this, but I realized this 2 year old TPS pull request is still open while I was doing some other TPS software maintenance. Is there any minimal set of changes we can make so we can merge it in? Or should we merge it as-is? My sense is that merging something would be better than merging nothing.
