This is a simple PR just add the information found here to the docs.
After I saw this issue: glitch-soc/mastodon#2690
I realize that I had spent some time looking in the code where to change the toot length limit, just to find about this env later in the
.env.production.samplePlease don't hesitate to change any text on this PR. :)
