Summary

Bumps GMOO.SDK version from 1.0.1 to 1.1.0 for the next NuGet release
After merge, create a v1.1.0 release to trigger the NuGet publish workflow

Prerequisite

The NUGET_API_KEY repo secret must be updated — the current key is expired/invalid (403 Forbidden on publish)

Test plan

Verify .csproj version is 1.1.0
After merge, create v1.1.0 GitHub Release targeting master
Confirm NuGet publish workflow succeeds (requires valid API key)
