There was a perf degradation in tests for Python 3.12 with coverage. Setting to COVERAGE_CORE=sysmon helped.

There was a performance degradation for Python 3.12 it took ~8 minutes compared to ~2 minutes for other version.
First, I tried to remove test coverage which helped and then I tried to set
COVERAGE_CORE=sysmonwhich is available since 3.12+ and it hepled. Now Python 3.12 tests take the same time as other versions.
