The content of this runbook is very different than the others. Specifically, everything seems to be in brackets and placeholder values.

@Calvin-Cheng1, I've reviewed all of the brackets and placeholder values, all of that content is meant to be replaced. I'm okay with leaving as is.

This doc should look different from the others as this is the template.
