Create a README file for the 'get a copy of a form fillers' answers' feature.
Added content to README.md file explaining what the feature is and why it's needed
Created version1.md file and added some of the content.
Added 'Designs and content' H2, and more content.
Trying out how to format user journey summaries
Added folder to upload screenshots to
Uploaded screenshot files to link to from the version1 file - to illustrate designs and content for this feature
Added remaining content for this file - links to screenshot images illustrating new and iterated content for this feature, plus a description of each image
Added a section header for designs and content in the documentation.
Added bold formatting for consistency
Restructured version1.md. There are now 2 x H2s for the designs and screenshots - one for form creators and another for form fillers
Updated wording for clarity and consistency
Adjusted image size in the 'Check your answers' page section for users who opt not to receive a copy of their answers. This is a Mural screenshot and looks a bit blurry at this resolution.

Looks good. Have suggested a few tweaks: see what you think
Removed this paragraph: 'For example, there are forms where users are required to get a copy of their answers as part of the application process - such as when someone needs to forward their responses on to another organisation. Having a copy of their answers also allows form fillers to refer back to what they’ve submitted for future use.'
Replaced this paragraph with Stephen G's suggested wording: 'In order to make this more secure, form fillers who want a copy of their answers will be asked to first sign into their GOV.UK One Login, or create a new one. We want them to use the email address linked to their GOV.UK One Login to help make sure that answers are not sent to the wrong email address.'
Reworded this sentence: 'place the responsibility for the choice and risk with the form creator rather than with GOV.UK Forms'
Corrected punctuation for radio button label text.

This documentation outlines the design thinking for the 'let form fillers get a copy of their answers' feature.
It also documents the designs for new content, as well as iterations to existing content, for both form creators and form fillers.

Who can review
Any of the team's designers can review it, but @StephenGill designed much of the content so would be well placed to sense check it.
