Hi, I'm Grace Kibe-Hicks

Founder and AI Product Builder Based in Dubai, UAE

I combine operational experience, product strategy and AI-assisted development to turn complex manual workflows into practical software products.

What I'm building

DropOS

Operational infrastructure for high-demand retail launches: registrations, waitlists, allocations, reservations, QR verification, queue management, launch-day operations and analytics.

LocalLens AI

An AI-powered platform helping local businesses create UGC-style video campaigns with scripts shaped by their offer, audience, location and tone, alongside captions, creator directions and campaign templates. Initial focus: local businesses in the UAE.

BookWiser

A booking and business-operations platform explored for service-led businesses: appointments, staff, customers, payments, reporting and operational workflows.

How I build

I use AI-assisted development to move from product concept to working software while remaining closely involved in product strategy, workflow design, architecture decisions, testing and commercial direction.

This is founder-led building, supported by AI tools and grounded in real operational problems, not a claim to years of traditional software-engineering experience.

Operational experience

Before building software, I worked directly across operations, events, hospitality, entertainment and local-business marketing. That experience shapes what I build: calm where operations are chaotic, visibility where information is fragmented, and automation where teams rely on repetitive manual work.
