- Add cssLoader option to ClientConfig interface
- Add cssLoaderConfig to NormalizedClientConfig with defaults
- Add CssLoaderOptions and CssLoaderModulesOptions TypeScript interfaces
- Update getCssLoaders to use configurable css-loader options
- Add comprehensive tests for cssLoader configuration
- Support partial override of css-loader settings
- Maintain backward compatibility with default values
- Add documentation to README.md
