The first revision

This is a major revision of the template.

• Revised the main README.md, Makefile, pyproject.toml, and GitHub Actions workflow files.
• Removed unnecessary files like the placeholder logo and the mypy configuration file.
• Made the pyproject.toml compatible with PEP 621 so other tools like uv can use it.
• Added new useful files like py.typed, codecov.yml, CONTRIBUTING.md, and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md to the project.
• Restructured the template to make it simpler to use.
• Added new badges to the main README.md.
• Added new development dependencies for generating the documentation.
• Added new Actions workflow files for publishing the documentation and linting.
